I'm looking to get some Torq Thrust II wheels for my car and everyone has been telling me I need 4.5" back spacing if I go with 8" wide tires. I was wondering if anyone knew where I could get 16x8 Torq Thrust II's that already have the correct back spacing for my year.

I would also like to know is anyone knows what type of tires I need for 16x8 and 16x7 Torq Thrust rims (ex. 245/45ZR/17)

you really need 4.75 inch backspacing in my opinion, at least on the rear of the car. I have 17x8's with 4.5's and 235's and it will rub if I hit a good sized bumb. I dont think it would with that extra 1/4 inch.
