1974 Hatchback Restore

My 15 year old son was given a 74 mustang hatchback with 59,000 miles on it, and we have some questions on rebuilding the 2800 V6.

Here is a little back story so you understand what we are dealing with. It was built as a v-6 street racer (holly 4 barrel, Offenhauser Intake, lowered suspension like Cobra, eliminated emissions stuff) by my father in-law in 1975 and then sold to His brother Terry in 1980. Terry had the standard transmission rebuilt tore the engine down and started to go through it. After installing the cam and the crank, his soon to be Ex-wife walked into the shop and wiped all of the small parts and bolts off of his bench into a box and then tossed the box into the trash. It then sat until 2017 when Terry gave it to my son.

We have started to rebuild the engine and are now to the point where we need to locate the bolts that are missing. We have the complete Ford Service manuals but they do not help us on figuring out the size of the missing bolts.
Does anyone know if their is a published list of the sizes (DIA, Pitch and Lenght) of each bolt in all of the parts?

Another option is to find a blown 2.8 V6 and just use what we need, but I haven't found one yet.

Thank you for that link. I actually found quite a few MustangII 2800’s on there, which is perfect cause we need exhaust manifolds and other odd and end brackets.
