No, I already told you that I didn't read the 600+ page thread!! Work with me here, I am getting old and have onset dementia. Was that thread 600+ pages because it was full of your daily dinner plans? Work with us here! Explain it as if you were explaining it to Joe Biden.

You weren’t kidding. I went back to the old thread, and you aren’t there when the OG monster split himself. However,..you were
here, at post 4. By that time, I had already broke that engine beating My sons 18 Mustang 5.0 in any speed contest he could muster against me. I had already discovered water in the oil, and vice/versa. ,..based on the fact that 18 Mustang 5.0’s are rated at 460 hp, and given that I was literally driving away from him from a 30 then a 60 MPH roll,...I’m gonna take credit for 400-450 HP myself. I know my car is lighter than his
was, (Probably about 700 pounds lighter) but since I don’t know for sure, I’ll leave it ambiguous.
So for your benefit, from then till the time you popped in here.
I had already bought the engine,
made a pan,
thought I caused a ptv issue when removing the VVTi gear,
pulled the head,
sent the head to an azzhole that rebuilt it, then surfaced it on a belt sander,
had to take it to another shop to remedy.
With the head off found pitting in the deck of the block, disassembled that.
Since it was apart so it could be decked, put new ARP bolts in the rods,
Had them resized.
bought new rings and bearings, new oil pump, new water pump, timing belt, 6 new coils ( three times)
Reassembled the engine.
Checked valve lash. Found all the valves to be incorrectly gapped due to the original azzhole machine shop.
bought 150.00 worth of new shims to correct that.
installed engine too far to one side.
corrected that.
spent a month, and several hundred dollars trying to get the 4 r70 adapted
Spent another month trying to get the freakin car started.
Spent more money trying to get rid of a drivetrain related vibrations due to a poor adapter design for the trans
Put new higher lift 264 cams in the engine.
Bought 4l80
Bought adapter
Bought Converter.
Boom...you arrive.
