1982 Mustang 5.0 unusual wide body looks like a McLaren kit

Dealer Special Order (DSO) kits were available to convert a 'regular' Mustang hatchback to a look-alike M81. This is probably one of them.

Being a 1982 model it is not a (1980) M81. It is very unlikely it is an Enduro GT. Two of the three Enduro GTs are accounted for.

This is one of the few ways average people can obtain awesome things. Recognize something is special, even if you don't know why, buy it and figure out the details later. I've done it with other hobbies and it's almost always a win.
