1994 Cobra Cam

I have a '94 Cobra and was wondering if its even worth it to get a new cam and if so which one would be best? I've been looking at Ford Racings B and E cam and the Steeda 19. The car has BBK short tube headers, BBK CAI, BBK 70 mm Throttle Body and 3.27's.

Also about what RWHP and RWTQ should it be making?
