My car just ticked 20,000 miles :nice:
What items would you all suggest paying attention to? Fuel filter? Fluids?
Car runs quite rough at idle but Ford is telling me everything is great. Car pulls hard and she screams. Whats the deal with that??
I already yanked the plugs and put in Autolite double platinum, no difference.

Put Motorcraft plugs in and I bet it runs better. You could clean your MAF with electrical spray, clean TB, plug wires, clean the connectors where the plug wires connect to the coil packs ... Shake your PCV to make sure it rattles ...

You don't need to change any fluids really, just do your fuel filter. That may fix your rough idle issue alone.

Could be just a bad IAC valve?
When was the last time you changed your spark plugs
and plug wires?

His 2003 has COP ignition, no plug wires. My car ran like trash with Autolites, but it doesnt seem like that would be the source of the problem with yours. You may want to run a copper plug esp. since you are putting on stage 2 heads and aftermarket cams, it will benefit from the hotter spark. Have you checked your COPs? Maybe one is on the way out.
