2003 Mustang Premium Wheels?

Are the 2003 premium wheels the same as the 99 cobra wheels. It looks to me the only difference is the centercap is a pony instead of the cobra. I have the cobra's and would like to get the pony centercaps, so does anyone know where I could get them?
