2005 front end rattle

anybody have a rattle in front suspension? my 05 v6 sounds like the front end is going to fall out from under me when i hit small,sharp bumps,manhole covers etc. The dealership put new spring isolators and upper strut bushings. It is only a 1/4 reduction in noise from before. Any ideas? the car has 24,000 miles.

check the swaybar end links. torque them to 85 lb-ft.

There will soon be a TSB on this issue. Have your dealer check on this.

According to Ford, this is "cosmetic" and not a structural/safety issue.

There are many threads on this issue on several boards.

I have it on my pony too.
