You need spacers. I was going to buy the same rims and tires off of ebay becuase they had like 2 miles on them (they were take offs) and they were real cheap. They advised me that they're would be rubbing becuase of the new body style of the 2005, the rims have a different offset from previous year Mustangs and for them to fit on with no rubbing I would need spacers. Most people don't recommend putting spacers on, at least in my experience, but it can be done.
