255 L/hr Fuel Pump Install

Anyone with a keyboard can ctrl-v... my issue is with the bad tech of "not using a 255LPH pump because it'll boil your fuel"

Which is laughable.
You are more than welcome to do your homework and join in to add useful technical assistance for the crowd here. There is plenty of opportunity to help others with solid, well researched and thought out advice.

When I do copy something, I always try to give credit to the source. Everything that does not credit someone else is my original work.

When I said "My comments" it reflects the fact that it is my opinion, based on experience, research from other sites, and sources and thought about a problem or process. The 22 years of driving and fixing 5.0 Fox Mustangs and 14 years here on Stangnet has given me lots of opportunity to learn and help others. I try to integrate the things I learned while fixing aircraft, automobiles, computers and electronics into the technical documentation I post here on Stangnet.

For those interested in the effects of heat on gasoline and evaporative emissions , see

http://www.chevron.com/documents/pdf/MotorGasTechReview.pdf The Chevron article is very interesting, but it is also 240 pages long. Keep your coffee and doughnuts within reachable distance when you read this document.
