28" tire with a 8" rim???

I just purchased a pair of M/T Et Drags. They are 28/10.5/15 I want to put them on my 8" wide wheels. Have any of you guys run a 28" tire with a 8" wide rim? If so can you post pics.... Thanks!

I haven't personally but i'm sure there are gobs of people running 28s on your typcal Welds which are usually 8 inch rims.

275/60R15 is the same size as that and you can fit them on a 8" wheel. it isnt ideal, a 10" rim works best, but it will fit

8 inch wide for 10.5 tire , and 10inch for 11.5 and 12.5 tire.
This is normal numbers for this kind of wrinkel wall tire.

You know this I supose :

26x4.10/28=3.81 If you have 4.10 and install a bigger tire...
So, your gear ratio is approx 3.80
