28oz balance or neutral balance?

Is it worthwile for me to go from a 4340 Scat 331 kit w/Probe pistons in 28oz balance to an Eagle 4340 neutral balance kit w/CP pistons for $100 more? Everything is neutral balance, I am using a sportsman block, but my rpm's won't be any higher than 6500. The motor is supercharged should that make a difference. According to the fellow trying to sell me the kit, neutral balance has less wear.

the advantage to a neutral balance is if and when you have to change flywheels or balancer, easier to neutral balance them than to try and match the old one..
but at 6500rpm, thats about the only advantage...
