about how much will it cost to have my 3.73 gears in my96 mustang with cobra motor 8.8rear?

when i had mine done it was 400 bucks. If you call around you can probably find it cheaper.

Don't waste your money and time with 3.73's. If going NA, 4.30's or 4.10's with a power adder.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong. I thought the 96 thru 98 GT's came stock with 3.08's. If that's the case then I think going with 3.73's would be like going to 4.10's in the 99 and GT's. Those came stock with 3.27's. JUst a thought. Pearl02.

about 500 is the cheapest i can find in my state, thats y i havnt done them yet, too pricey

He is going with a 4V motor in that car so he will benefit from 4.30 gears. 2V's work well from 4.10's as well. I had 3.73's in my old 97 GT and swapped them for 4.10's.

yea man id go with 4:10s... it only cost around $250 for a install were i live, 4-500 is ridiculous

i already bought motive 3.73 gears i just want them put in

When i got mine i didnt' get a rebuild/install kit. Now i'm going through a rebuild. If i could go back and do it again i would have gotten the bearing kit. Might as well do it all at once

got mine installed for just over 400 i think. i decided 3.73 because its still a daily driver and 4.10's would like like WOAH
