3.73 gears

i just added 3.73 gears on my stang. its pretty much stock. some people said i 3.55 gears would have been better, whats your opinion

Yeah i like them. but to be honest with you i dont really have anything to compare to except stock. im pretty new to this racing thing. ive just drove it a few times so i havent had a chance to get on it like i would like. i will say i get out a whole lot quicker

I have 3:55's and I really like em but I would like to try some 3:73's is there that much diff.

i drive my car alot, and just wondering how thats going wo work out as far as gas milege. i never drove on the interstate yet, i hope i dont be tacked to high

Mines sits kinda high on the freeway and I noticed about... 2mpg difference on the freeway. No difference city and stuff... It's a bitch to drive in rain, so watch out!

if you drive the speed limit or even a little over you'll be fine.......you gotta remember what driving geared cars was like before they had 5th gear or over drive

i usually just keep in fifth on the interstate but often find myself dropping down few and cruising when i feel a potential challenge. i notice i get tested the most when im not paying attention( especially by those hondas w the fart boxes). will i lose that luxoury

I my car, there wasn't any noticable difference. 3.55-3.73, matter of choice.
