What do you think this would run 0-60 and 1/4.....

331 n/a (stock block) probably 10:1
forged pistons, cast crank
trick flow top end kit (track heat)
70mm throttle body
76 c&l
30lb injectors (might need bigger?)

Also, same setup but with a vortech v-1 or paxton 1000 (or sl) only running 8 psi. Lower compression also

Thanks!

420 RWHP. Tough to say about times. Can you drive?

Good driving will have you in the 11's.

So I should probably go with a 75mm throttle body. You think the 76mm c&l is too small? What size injectors do you think?

420 rwhp with or without the 8 psi charger?

Is the street heat kit too small for a 331?

80MM MAF

Without the sc I don't see you making more then 320-330 RWHP.

Swap out camshafts, upgrade the "bolt-ons", and slap on the supercharger.

You will be getting into block splitting power. 450-500 RWHP...

With some drag radials (assuming traction), you will be in the high 3 - low 4 second range.

NOT! C&L takes a back seat. Didn't Pro M close shop though?

Yes, but the employees opened it up under the Professional Mass Air Systems name... supposed to be better quality. I have one, cant say ive had any issues with it.

Ive had both and since the ProM is larger it has the ability to flow more air
Am I wrong?
Also the C&L has problems with an open air filter in the engine bay because of cooling fan turbulence, just throwing that out there :stirpot:

ill advised

I had serious leaning/tuning issues with 76mm c&l meter (and I was not alone) but others have had success with it. My old 73mm has worked great. I always heard good things about the Pro-M.
