I have a set of pistons right now for a 331 with 5.4 rods or for a 347 with 5.315 rods... Which stroke would be the better choice to go with?

Also considering running more rpms and boost if that has any impact.

What would be the advantages or disavantages?

Thanks

The one disadvantage of a 331 is less cubic inches. That's it. A 331 would be better for high rpm's because of the shorter stoke. With the 331 kit (3.25 stroke/5.400 rod) you get a better rod ratio which is also better for high rpms. It's also easier on the cylinder wall. That's my theory anyway.
