nope. the only guy to go 360+ rwhp N/A has been KenB & he's got a whole heck of alot more done than that. that & you couldn't make it to that power level cause they don't make gt-40 heads for a 4.6

With worked over PI heads and that list of mods you'd be almost 300 to the wheels. Add a plenum, TB, CAI, LT's, X-pipe (what's a straight pipe?) and you'd top 300.

With those exact mods, NO. But, you could get pretty damn close with the same amount of mods or similar. This is a video of a 321rwhp N/A 03 GT. Mods are:

-V&M Stg. 1 heads
-Comp Stg. II Cams
-Full exhaust (LT's, O/R H, Flows)
-CAI
-70mm TB & plenum

....thats it. With more aggressive heads and cams, better flowing catback (POS Flows ), and maybe even an X-pipe....you could see around 350-360rwhp

It also has mach1 pistons so the compression ratio is like 10:1

1. Are you going to have the block machined to accept an in-block cam or are you going to have the GT-40 cams converted for SOHC operation?

2. If the latter, which head are you going to put the mild cam in?

3. Are you going to have your Mac H converted into a Y for the high-flow cat? Or are you going to keep the H and put the mild cam on the side with a stock convertor and the PI cam on the side with the high-flow converter to balance things out?

4. WTF is going on here?

BTW, this is quite possibly the worst thread ever.

GT40 heads are Ford pushrod heads. they only work on 5.0 and 5.8 blocks. you cannot convert them to work on OHC engines.

Damn, I knew it would be at least 10, but I didn't know it would be that high.

Supercharger, its cheaper than doing heads and cams and full exhaust, and you get the power you want.

True, however add all that in WITH the supercharger and you can make more power than you may want.

The 281" 4.6L Mod motor is not a good powerplant to make lots of N/A Power.

With the most popular bolt ons, Full Exhaust, pullies, timing adjuster, Air Filter, Cold air intake to include plenum and throttle body, most cars I've seen only put down 250-265 RWHP. With cams and a tune mabey you could reach 300 RWHP.

With that being said the correct suspension, gearing, weight reduction and the basic bolt ons, a 99+ Mustang is capable of 12's.

If I were to do it all over again, I would've purchased a used GT, paid for a Forged engine rebuild and got a supercharger.
