Hello I'm looking to put a 5.0 in my 2000 mustang gt. Went to drop my tranny to throw a new clutch in the car and noticed that 3 of the ears on the bottom of the motor are snapped off where the tranny bolts to the motor. Guy before me uses a 1/4" piece of metal with 2 bolts to pinch it together. He must've grenaded the first tranny and snapped them off. It has a world class tremec T-5 tranny in it now. Looking to swap over to a 5.0 so I don't have to worry about completely snapping the tranny off launching the car. What do I need to swap a 4.6 over to a 5.0

you need a donor car for wiring etc. That would be easiest.

So they broke the trans or motor tabs? It's hard to tell what you're trying to show us in the pics.

You mentioned the car had a T-5 in it. What is the bellhousing from?

I would need more pics to confirm, but is that a pushrod 5.0 bellhousing bolted to a 4.6L motor?
