4 eye mod suggestions

Hey everyone. New to the group and looking for some suggestions. Always wanted a 5.0 and picked up this beauty. All original no rust 66,000km’s. Can’t decide if I should sell it or do some mods and hang onto it. I’m leaning towards keeping it and doing some subtle changes, rims, exhaust and perhaps a new paint job. What do these go for in excellent factory condition?

A lot more than one that's been repainted. Really, it looks to good to repaint, maybe a touch up or some thing, there are a couple discussions about modifying a nice stock example,
Yours has t tops and rear window slats too.
