4 Lug Aluminum Spare - Tire and DD Question

Just out of curiousity, is anyone daily driving on their 4 lug aluminum tc/stang spares? If so, how are they for durability, safety, cornering and rain?

What size and brand tires do you have on them as well? I recall seeing something about Kumho Powerstars but can't recall the size/exact model.

To be clear, I'm going to put legit street tires on these... not a replacement donut tire, that'd be retarded.

They came on turbo coupes and mustangs from 87-93, possibly earlier on the stangs. I picked my two up for 90 bucks at the FFW swap meet in Norwalk OH this year. Yeah I have to put tires on them but it's still cheaper than buying them off ebay for 50-100 per rim and then having to put tires on them.
