Hi guys. First post Ive been reading these forums for years without signing up wish i did. K. Im finshed my 5.4 supercharged engine out of 2000 f150 lightning. I have a stock t-45 tranny stock gearing. I have a few concerns. When at wot it somtimes cuts out power i think this is due to the engine not getting enough fuel. I swapped a svt focas pump. Ive got a mail order tune from vmp tuning. The car runs fine until i punch it. Im goin to get it dynoed on weekend What do u guys recommend for fuel pump upgrade?

03-04 twin cobra pumps.

Should be good up to 600 horsepower.

Evidently the Walbro 255 l/hr pump is not a good canidate because the 99-up mustangs uses a turbine pump, with the computer varying the voltage supplied to the pump, depending on inputs provided to the computer. The variable voltage output will cause the gerotor pump to fail shortly, b/c the electric motor is not compatible.

I need a bigger E-Penis.

I would recommend putting a boost a pump to it before you swap out the fuel pumps. It increases the fuel pump duty cycles capability tremendously!
