After graduating from high school about a month ago I've finally saved up enough money to go ahead and do my 5 lug swap. So now I'm just trying to get a list of everything I'm going to need. I'll be doing Bullitt/Cobra brakes all the way around while still using my stock rear end. Here's my list so far(just off the top of my head):
Front end:
Rotors(got em)
Calipers(have a few questions here)
Brackets
94-95 spindles
94-98 front ball joints(liked this idea instead of stacking washers)
Rear end:
I'll need the bracket that bolts to the axle flange
Rotors(got em)
Calipers(will regular V6/GT calipers work, or...?)
Passenger side shafts from a Ranger(7.5, 28 spline correct?)
Anti-moan brackets
I know I'll need the new master cylinder/booster, but from what? If I'm lucky enough to find a 94-04 Cobra, can I just use everything from it? If I can't find one in a junkyard, where should I look? Also, calipers. Can I just buy the fully loaded ones from Rock Auto? Or should I try and find them elsewhere? I'll need a new e-brake cable(mines all screwed up), and I'll need new brake lines for the rear correct? Anything I'm missing here? Am I better off spending my time going through junkyards looking for parts? Or should I just buy things from Rock Auto, etc? Sorry for asking questions about something that's so commonly discussed. I'm just trying to make sure I have everything and I'm trying to get it all as quickly as I can so I can start installing it. Thanks in advance guys
