65 heater box/plenum removal

I need to remove the heater box/plenum assy. from my 65, I know I have to disconnect the control cables, blower wiring heater hoses, glove box etc. My question is where are the bolts located and how many are there tha hold the Heater box into the car? I know there are 4 that hold the blower to the Firewall are there any others?

I just pulled mine out of my 66. Other than the 4 that surround the blower all I had to remove was 1 more that's located at the air intake directly behind the glove box.

Not sure if the 65 & 66 are the same, but I would imagine they are.
