65mm throttle body swap, how to hook up throttle

i have a 94/95 65mm throttle body and i have made it to bolt to the 2.3t upper. however how does one go about hooking up the throttle cables and tranny cable. to this? the throttle body uses a cable over a curve with a ball type on end and the 2.3 uses a plastic encased cable with a ball clip that goes on the 2.3 throttle body ball. someone had to have done this some how???

I cut off the little disc shaped thing on the new TB's linkage and drilled out the hole. Then I took a 5mm (I think) bolt, ground the head down until it was a round "knob", and put it in that hole. Works great, the throttle cable snaps right on it.
