66 coupe tire/wheel recommendations?

i'm currently working on a 66 coupe (restomod).it will probably be a daily driver. it probably will have granada brakes,620 1 inch drop coil springs,shelby drop with the shelby quick steerring links in front. on back i would like to have a 1 inch drop leaf springs. the wheels i would like to use are the torq-thrust d wheels. what size for a daily driver would make the most since without tire rub or steering problems?

these are 225X50X16 on 16X8 vintage 45s

shelby drop and 1" drop coils on the front, the rear is what appears to be some very saggy original leafs.

17x8's 4 3/4 b.s. with 235/45/17 all they way around.
620 1" springs, shelby a-arm mod, granada brakes, 1" mideye leafs.
no rub, stock fender lips

the BS is 4.5" if you run a search you can find dodgestang's wheel fitment chart which shows what combinations people have used.

14 x 7 rims with 225/60/14 tires all way around. you all are makein me feel small with the big rims
