a friend of a co-worker has a 67 Fastback that he would like to sell but he doesn't know how much to ask for it.

it doesn't run (currently in some state of dis-array, taken apart to some degree). he claims that he has all the parts but just hasn't put it back together. less than 100K in milage. i haven't seen it so i don't know the condition of the body. i'll see if i can get some photos and more info.

any ideas on its worth?

Doubt its an automatic v-6 in a 67. It would either be a strait 6 200 or 250, or most likely a small block v-8. Please let me know price and location when nailed down, im very interested, 67 my fav fastback

I would run the value on it at nadaguides.com. They give a good description of values for all conditions!

well i finally got some more info on this car...

1966 (one of 501 built for racing), Automatic, 2+2, with a 289 engine. it was dark blue but has been stripped down to the primer. under 100,000 miles, rebuilt engine with only one owner.

they say it has everything to qualify it as a "classic".
