70mm TB Spacer Q

So Im a poor bastard and I have to buy my TB is stages crapola I found a good deal on a 70mm BBK egr spacer and snagged it. I have a couple questions. First will this plate pretty much work with any 70mm TB or do I need to get a BBK to match it. Second, would there be any negitive effects of installing it BEFORE i get the actual 70mm TB? Im running a stock TB now. Im not expecting any gains from just this but Im impatient and need an excuse to work on the car

Why not wait and put the spacer and TB together? That way you don't have to do it twice. I not sure about the BBK spacer being compatible to other TB, but I am using a Mac TB and Professional Products spacer. No problem whatsoever.

Im impatient and I dont know when Im actually getting the TB It'll just give me an excuse to tear things down and check out vac line and connections.

Skoobie, I'm pretty sure that all EGR spacers are based on the generic Ford design so you shouldn't run into any problems with fitment to a BBK or other TB. Another reason to tear the car down if you're still unsure about the compatability is clean the stock TB and EGR spacer then you can do the same thing.
