'79 Door Window Chrome

Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum, been enjoying the forum reads.

I have owned my Capri since '79 and have made many mods through the years. It's now time to reskin or replace the doors.

My car has the window frame chrome and I'd like to keep it. My question is, can this be added to and '90 vintage door?

You should be able to swap it, I think the 79 inner door handle is in a different location though
