83 T-bird 5.0-8.8 or 7.5 rear?

Hello,

Have a chance to pick up this car as a possible source of parts for my sons 89 LX Mustang. Was wondering if anyone out there knows if this will have the 8.8 rear, or the 7.5?
I figured the springs would work, as it is a V-8 Fox Body. And the seats look better than whats in the Mustang, and ......

The engine is standard output, not high output (Thunderbirds and Cougars got the H.O. engine only from '91 through '93).

The ring gear is 7.5", not 8.8". (Thunderbird Turbocoupes only in '87 and '88 got the 8.8" rear).

The Coil springs are taller than Mustang coil springs.

About the only parts from that car that are really worth using are the seats.
