I was wondering if the bowls off a 4810c Carb can fit a 4160 Carb ? I am going to attempt the rebuild of the carb but if it doesn't go well I need a plan B. Already have a 4160 carb..
This is a California Smog Car so I have to try to keep as much of the smog intact so that when smog time comes it passes.
If I were to change to a different Carb what should I do with the emission tubes that come off of the back of the head. Is it ok to plug them? If its ok I could always upgrade to a new carb. just not sure what kind of carb I should go with. Not trying to do radical upgrades to the car as its a 135k mile bone stock machine
