Hey guys, I raced that 98 cobra Weds. night. The guy got to the place with his car and was very happy cause he had a cold air intake put on the day before. first launch I pretty much got a jump of at list 1/2 car and kept pulling away, I let of the gas and he pull next to me and looked pissed off. Next launch we pretty much took-off together I kept up until 60 or so and then he started pulling away, not by much do. 3rd and last I dumped it on 1400 rpms and he took off 1/4 car ahead of me, I let off the gas and hit it again and pulled next to him and passed him, by the time he was gaining on me we hit the end. The guy wanted to go a few more times, but I was tired because of coming off work to race him specifically. The guy felt like a dog with his tail tucked in. I think I will buy some M/T street legals, so next time I race him I will take him off the line with no problem.
