91 ignition cylinder replacement no key?

My recently purchased 91 5.0 auto had a custom ignition (screwdriver). The old ignition was so torn up, I ordered a salvage steering column. The problem is that the new column didn't come with a key. Is there any way to remove the old ignition cylinder without destroying it to have it keyed?

This has been a huge headache for me. Two weeks of waiting, wrong column sent from first salvage yard. Now no keys with the new column. I'm ready to pull my hair out so any help would be greatly appreciated.
