I can post pics if needed but the glass from my side mirror is missing , I've found the glass for 11 shipped, can I just glue the glass back in or do I need to do the whole thing? Like the entire assembly
assuming the motor still works, you can replace just the glass. It is held in with two adjustment screws- one on each side and a cross shaped metal pin in the center. Just align the two holes and press the mirror in until it snaps into the metal cross pin in the center.
See those two holes at 3 and 6 oclock? Those are for the adjustment screws when you hit the button in the car to move the mirror. They are on the back of the mirror glass. In the center is the plastic clip where the metal cross pin on the back of the mirror snaps into.

ebay, I ended up getting a whole mirror off ebay. Found a guy who sells them for 30. Mine was missing parts... if you just lost the glass but still have everything else, just go to o reilly's, they sell them for like 15.
