So I've read some threads but I'm still unsure what exactly needs to be done and if its worth the swap. Getting a 93 practicly free and fount a turbo 2.3 locally for $500.
The turbo motor is a 78 block with forged internals and a round port head. Will the early round port head work with the 93 fuel injection or should I use the 8 plug head? Also the round port head has an aftermarket cam in it. Will this cam swap to the 93 head? Plan on throwing some boost at this motor. Possibly 300+ at tire.
