my 93 gt has idling issues and im going to be redoing the current mods anyways. i will be putting in head, cam, intake...new exhaust system as well. b4 i go spending the money on efi stuff i was contemplating going carb. also i have alot of "old school" mechanics around here who grew up on carbs so i figure getting a solid tuning would be easier. ive been told to just get my efi tuned but the closest shop is 31/2 hrs away. now i live in upstate ny but i wont be driving my car in the winter so im not to worried about the cold startup deal...i drive it on weekends and to cruise here and there its not my daily driver but i want it to be reliable. i know nothing about efi or carbs really so im new to all this...here is the list of mods that were done to the car b4 i bought it so this is what he told me was done.

gt40 upper and lower intake manifold (though looking at the lower it looks stock?)

what do you think i should do? car has 66kmi on it. looking to get around 350-400rwhp when done. 100% street driven no track etc.
