94-98 SLP catback fit on a 99-04 ?

i got a slp catback really cheap ( theres a story ) and it was originally on a 98 gt. Latemodelrestoration.com deems a different kit for 94-97 gts, 98 gts and 99-04 gts. my question is will a kit specified for a 94-97/98 car fit on my 99?

im assuming if there is a difference it will be that the tips come out in a slightly different position due to the cutouts on the 99-04 bumpers

If its just the hangars than that should be an easy fix it you know of a place that'll move them for cheap
