I just purchased a 94 cobra with full length headers ,h pipe and flowmasters,it has undersized pullies,is it faster than my 94 z which has an automatic trans? what is the horsepower difference? I don't know for sure,it might be my shifting , but could the z be faster? It is hard to tell driving them at different times ofcourse.

You mean underdrive pullies? I bet your Cobra is making 280-290hp at the crank, and probably around 340tq. Your Z28 is rated at 287hp at the crank stock, with ~330tq I believe. Auto Z's will run mid-low 14's.
That being said, your Cobra should be able to smoke your auto Z. It's probably a high 13 second stang with a good driver.
