I have 95 3.6L V6 Mustang and my check engine light came on. The code i got back was for the upstream oxygen sensor. I went out and bought the part and my friend is helping me put it in. The problem is, he hasn't been able to locate the sensor. We have yet to put it on ramps/jacks to look from underneath yet. Any help?

I just changed out all 4 of my O2 sensors. You will have to jack the car up or put it on a lift. All 4 are under the car. 2 are called upstream, these are in front of the Cat converter. 2 down stream are behind Cat. The 2 down stream ones are pretty easy they are easy to get to. The 2 upstream are hard to get to. The Passenger side upstream is in a tight spot. Save your self a lot of time and buy the O2 socket from Auto Zone. I think it was 10 dollars but it is the only thing that will fit on the passenger O2 sensor.
