95 cobra engine into a 88 lx body

I have an Lx vert that has been converted to a gt. I am looking at maybe getting a 95 cobra engine for a good price. Will the 95 cobra engine drop down into the 88 lx body? I know I would need the computer and harness to make it run properly. My current tranny is 5 speed and cobra engine is coming out of a 5 speed. would the 95 engine work with current tranny ? i am not sure as to what tranny is in it. I am guessing it is from a 91 mustang gt. Yes I have a frankenstang. LOL

Do you already have a fgox style motor in the car with any wiring or ECU? Or are you looking at a empty engine bay and need it all...
