95 cobra/trans trouble?

I'm not sure if this is the right place for this thread. but i am looking at a 95 cobra. everything sounds good except for the bold. I dont know anything about transmissions/grinds. but is this problem a serious problem? and would the car be worth the money? thanks a lot.

Black exterior Tan leather interior Mach 460 Stereo 5spd
Mods:
3.73 Ford Motorsport gears
BBK Shorty headers
BBK X pipe
Flowmaster catback
BBK 70mm Throttle Body
BBK Cold Air intake
Underdrive pulleys

car has no cosmetic problems or motor problems
Trans grinds slightly going into 3rd gear synchro going out stock clutch also but still grabs good

still have all stock parts to return to stock

Sounds good to me. More than likely you'll need to get a new tranny at some point in the future. I have the same problem with my trans, it grinds into third.
Thats a good price, so if it looks good, and runs good go for it, just plan on buying a tranny for it sooner or later, but plan for it to be sooner.
