Well, when the car is at operating temp, and I turn it off for 5 min and restart, the car runs like a bat outta heck, after that it hesitates and drops RPM like mad. No power for crap. I was beat by a Nissan Sentra 1.8 , driven by my wife to put it in perspective.... I also have a check engine light, and when i put a scanner on it, nothing but link errors. Any Ideas?

As far as the scanner goes, you can't use the port under the dash, the test / service port is under the hood, behind the passenger shock tower. The port under the dash is not hooked up on 94-95 5 liter cars.

Thanks, Ill take a look when my car gets back from the Muffler Shop, Will an Actron CP9135 work, or is the software too new?

I tried looking on Actron's site for that, and it gave me the cp9015 I think... see this link...

If your scanner is for OBDII, I doubt it will work. You'll need a simple OBDI code reader.

I hooked an ODB I up and it gave a code 30, which is cylinder 3 is malfunctinoing... New sparkies, msd blaster coil and good wires....whats next?

I cleaned the MAF and there she blows!!!! That was simple for all the headache ive gone through. BTW can a Fox body rotator fit into a 95 distributer? Cuz i have one sitting.

It should work
