95 Stang Overheating

Have a 95 mustang coupe with some "overheating"?, problems?
Shoots up to the red line instantly erraticaly. Changed thermstat to 160,
changed pump (autozone ) and also changed the temp switch. Set
the fan to run constantly, bled the air. No water in oil, no leaks. What else
is there? Can anybody out there help. it has a 3.8 engine, 5 speed. At
one point when the gauge was reading redline, I touched the upper hose and
radiator, not even hot. I dont know !

I had the exact same problem on my 94 V6; one or both of your temp sensors are bad. Search the forum for "cts ect", and you'll get tips on how to troubleshoot it.

thanks. the thermostat is on right cause I can water
out of the bleed screw and the upper hose goes from
cold to hot. I'll keep trying the air. How long does it
take to bleed?, and how does it get there.
