Joe (95BLBVert) is coming out with his NEW REVOLUTIONARY CLUTCH QUADRANT AND ADJUSTER on April 5th!! I just wanted to lend my support to him, and let you all know what a great product and deal you would be getting.

Im sure Joe will chime in, and give more specific information on his product. Oh by the way, this is a new design like none out in the market.

Well, I've seen it in your sig for a while now, but never heard what it was about. If its like AFM's quick release setup, I'd be interested. I need one just like ti so I can obtain more air gap ans shift my TKO at higher RPMs than I do now.

I'm with Killer on the air gap, my TKO with a Mcleod dual disk needs just a bit more air gap. Is the design any different than a Steeda or a Mcleod quick release?

The adjuster is of my own patent pending design. It automatically locks the adjustment so you will not have to deal with a set screw or jam nut. They will be available in red, blue, black and clear anodized. Other colors, like purple, may become available depending on customer suggestions. The reasons why you would want to use this adjuster are simple: positive locking mechanism with no loss of adjustment over time, secure attachment to the firewall, a ball-bearing which keeps the cable from loosening the adjustment, and four colors to coordinate with your paint job.

The quadrant is very similar to a speed/quick release type quadrant but slightly different since I refuse to copy other products simply for the sake of releasing a new product. It comes with nylon spacers to properly align the quadrant with the cable.

Keep in mind that an adjuster is only used to take up cable slack as the clutch disc wears down. Any adjustment to change where the clutch engages/disengages must be made at the fork using an adjustable cable.

Joe, what have you done to address the inherent problem of firewall flex that is seen with just about every other firewall adjuster on the market? This is a known problem that no one else to the best of my knowledge seems to have fixed except for the pro motion setup. Your sounds like a trick piece, but this in one area that I was wondering if you addressed.

The mounting flange of the threaded part of the adjuster is about 3/8" thick and is mounted to the firewall with three screws. A drill is necessary for the install but the adjuster comes with a #19 drill bit and self-threading screws.
Essentially, the combined thickness of the firewall and adjuster flange eliminates any flex. If you were to grab the adjuster with your hand and try to move it back and forth, you'll notice it is sturdy as opposed to an adjuster using the typical one-screw set-up. Pro Motion's set-up is fine as far as fortifying the firewall but slightly more difficult to install.

Here are some pics of my quadrant that Joe sent me. The quadrant and the adjuster look and feel really strong and durable. I was going to install it this week, but I couldn't get the bolts off of the driveshaft. They are on super tight, anyone have any suggestions on removing them?
