Have you removed the belt and spun it by hand or wiggled the pulley to see if there is play in the pump shaft?

Sounds like the bearing in the adjuster pulley to me but I agree with AC above, pull off the belt and spin each one.

Ive spun if by hand that why i said 110% power steering never heard one sound quite like this new one guess i got a dud will get another

Is the PS pulley touching anywhere? To me it sounds like a pulley just slightly rubbing on something.
