96 GT headers

Just put the magnaflow magnapack exhaust on. Sounds Great!
I'll try to put up a video of it sometime.

Now im lookin at shorty headers, any recommendations?
I dont really want to spend over 500 for headers

any feedback would be great!

Dude screw shorties and do yourself a favor and get LT's. Shorties are gonna be a waste of money. You can get lt's for under $500 easily. Byy BBK's off ebay brand new were only $400

i wouldnt waste my money on shorties.... theses 4.6 respond much better to longtubes..... shorties gain a very small amount.... and $500 will get you either one but unless your doin the install prepare for a big bill....

thanks for the replies! that helps a lot, i will definitely look at lt's instead, and yea ill be putting them in myself. I aint gonna pay the bill to have someone else do it. It is much more fun when you do it yourself

It was around $400 or so. Got them put on back in the begining of '06

without knowing what is on your car, I would start out with a PI intake and cams, then go with headers after you get some air moving. If you already have PI gear, get LT's.
