96" Procharger install Lightning MAF Q's

I'm currently intalling a Procharger P-1SC on a 96' Mustang GT. It's a blow thru setup with a CX intercooler. I have a 90mm lightning MAF. I'm wondering if I can use the IAT sensor inside the lightning MAF instead of the one that gromets into intake piping. What needs to be done to accomplish this?

you would have to run wires to the MAF for the IAT.
i used a separate IAT with mine. not sure it makes a difference but it came with my kit so i used it
