97 cobra jerks while driving..please help

I have had alot of problems lately with my 1997 Mustang Cobra.

All the lights on the dashboard will flash..(abs light, battery light etc)

The other day i was driving about 30 mph and the abs light will come on

i shifted from 2nd to 3rd the car jerked and it felt like it was gonna shut off...

i take it to the mechanic he doesnt know whats wrong with it


please help me someone !!!!!

Seems like electrical problem i would start with your battery/connections and check you engine ground.

I had a problem like this in my old mustang, have you added an aftermarket radio or anything electrical lately? I had to replace my entire wire harness as there was a short in it somewhere triggering the PATS (WHILE I WAS DRIVING LOL)

Check the easy stuff first: battery cables, alternator, grounds, fuses.
