99 up gas tank in a 94-95? can it be done?

Did a search and came up with nothing, so I thought I would post my question here since there is a vast amount of knowledge here.

Little back ground on the subject, I have a friend with an 02 GT that he is parting out and getting out of the stang hobby for a while. Anyways he has a sumped tank for his GT that he is selling for a good deal of $200. So do any of you know if it will fit or if there is any kits to adapt it to fit?

Any and all help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys.

Not quite sure, but I do know that the 99-ups have a returnless fuel system. We don't.

It will fit, but there are several differences. Off the top of my head I cant think of them all, but I remember that the filler necks are a different size, as is the hole for the neck in the tank.
