I have a tech question for everyone here. My wifes 99 v6 5spd mustang is having some tranny issues. It has about 90,000ish miles on it, its a tad high, but over all it hasn't been abused, she is normally easy on it overall. The issue is that after the tranny has warmed up, if you try to shift from 4-5, it tries to grind, but if you try to shift it VERY VERY VERY slow, and baby it in, it goes in ok. It sounds like a synco sorta issue, and only happens here and there in that situation. Anyone else have this kind of an issue, and if so is it something that can be fixed on the tranny with it in the car, or do you have to drop it? Thanks for any help on this one everybody!!!
