What are you doing with your old hood?
sorry, but allready sold it. it worked out great, i sold it saterday morning, and drove to kaenen saterday afternoon to pick up the new one!

did the solid mounts raise the engine up or something? im going for a pin-on cobra R hood next week prolly and i have the eddy intake and the HUGE plenum, and i had to cut a hole in the stocker, but i want a hood over it, not sure if i want a 4-5" hood though..

yae they raised it a little, but it still fit under a 2.5, it just rubber a little.

Looks good. Essentially the same hood I had on my car. A bit overkill but I couldn't pass up the deal I got on it at the time.

ite how tall is the 6061 plenum you have? mine is a think 5" exactly..
just wondering, im going with a 3" soon.
its 5", but the edelbrock is taller then the stock pi, i just ordered a 2" phenolic open spacer to put between the planuim and intake! that should help out alot!
